'EmberGrove Pizzeria was born out of a singular vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family established our pizza shop in 1985, a quaint, family-oriented spot, with recipes passed down the family tree.

Margherita Bianchi, our progenitor, perfected her pizza craft while exploring Italy and apprenticing with renowned pizza masters in Naples, where pizza originated. After coming back to the UK, she set out to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, sticking to age-old techniques and choosing only premium materials.

From our humble beginnings with just 12 seats, we've become a cherished hometown fixture, yet our devotion to craftsmanship and authenticity remains constant. We still employ traditional wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough fresh each day, and select only the best ingredients available.

Continuing as a family-owned venture, the next generation of the Bianchi lineage now guides our enthusiastic crew. While we've adopted some new advancements, the core of our enterprise stays intact: we create scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites people.
